How We Get Started (and Keep It Moving)

Discovery Call (30 min)
No commitment—just a chance for us to trade context. You share what you're building, I explain how I work, and we both decide if it makes sense to keep going.
Detailed Project Scope
If we click, I draft a plain-English scope that covers approach, timeline, pricing, and how it sets you up for what's next. There's a small planning fee here—credited when we start building—to make sure we're both serious.
Sprint Delivery & Slack Updates
Once you greenlight the scope, I onboard you to Slack and we work in weekly (or bi-weekly) sprints. You get async updates, sprint recaps, and clear sign-offs at the end of each cycle.
Launch & Optional Support
After we hit the milestones you care about, we wrap that phase with full handover. Most clients keep me on retainer to squash issues and ship the next set of improvements—but it's totally optional.
Heads up: Most collaboration happens async in Slack with the odd Zoom when it actually helps. If you want someone you can direct daily or manage like an internal dev, we're probably not a match—but if you want ownership and momentum, this setup works brilliantly.
